North Yuon Viet Cong had appointed Thuy, a former Isarak Chief and also the chief of robbers as the chief of Andaung village, Krang Youv sub-district of Sa Ang district. Thuy put strict condition on local people to pay 50 riels and a bowl of rice each house everymonth. If someone failed to do so, he or she must be killed. Now he sent his daughter to eavesdrop the government in Phnom Penh.
ពួកវៀតកុងខាងជើងបានតែងតាំងឈ្មោះ ធុយ ដែលជាអតីតមេឥស្សរៈ និងមេចោរប្លន់អោយធើ្វជានាយកប្រចាំភូមិអណ្ដូង សង្កាត់ក្រាំងយ៉ូវ ស្រុកស្អាង។ ឈ្មោះនេះបានដាក់កម្រិតដល់ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋតំបន់នោះឱ្យ បង់ប្រាក់៥០រៀល និង អង្ករមួយផិ្ដលក្នុងផ្ទះមួយៗរៀងរាល់ខែ តើបើពលរដ្ឋណាពុំបាន បង់ទេវានឹងយកទៅសម្លាប់ចោល។ ឥឡូវឈ្មោះ ធុយ បានបញ្ជូនកូនក្រមុំវាអោយចូលមកលាក់ខ្លួន ក្នុងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីស៊ើបការណ៍ពីរដ្ឋការ។
