Uon Yoeung aka Sith, group chief of State Commerce, confessed that in 1975, Vann, deputy chief of battalion 808 group, and Phoap, chief of battalion 808, betrayed the revolution and also carried out an activity such opening the roof of rubber warehouses -- led [network] to destroy some of rubbers caused of the rain dropped.
