Uon Yoeung aka Sith, group chief of State Commerce, confessed that in 1975 Nhem declared in a meeting that Khorn, deputy chief of Export Material in Phnom Penh, was a traitorous network, and also was the leader of Phnom Penh traitorous network to carry out activities. In between 1976-1977, Khorn destroyed the rubber warehouse, and checked the rice warehouse at Kilo No.6 for being ready to destroy.
អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម បានប្រកាសនៅពេលប្រជុំថា ឈ្មោះ ឃន អនុផ្នែកបពោ្ចញសម្ភារៈនៅភំ្នពេញ ជាបក្សពួកក្បត់ដែរ ហើយមានតួនាទីដឹកនាំពួកក្បត់នៅភំ្នពេញឱ្យធ្វើសកម្មភាព។ នៅចន្លោះឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦-១៩៧៧ ឃន បានធ្វើឱ្យខូចកៅស៊ូអស់មួយ ឃ្លាំង និងពិនិត្យឃ្លាំងអង្ករនៅគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ ដើម្បីកំទេច។
