Khmer-Yuon Viet Congs had established a strategy training center with the 500 people participants. The centre was located in East of Svay Khsach Phnom pagoda at WU 206-170 to WU 208-170, of Svay Khsach Phnom pagoda, Srey Santhor district, Kampong Cham province.
មានពួកយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងមួយចំនួនបានបង្កើតកន្លែងហឹ្វកហាត់ ក្បួនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រមួយកន្លែងដែលមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋចូលរួមចំនួន៥០០នាក់។ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា កន្លែងហឹ្វកហាត់នោះស្ថិតនៅខាងកើតវត្ដ ស្វាយខ្សាច់ភ្នំ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ២០៦-១៧០, ២០៨-១៧០ សង្កាត់ស្វាយខ្សាច់ភ្នំ ស្រុកស្រីសន្ធរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។
