At the night of January 27, 1971, after they destroyed
Nak Ta Khsev bridge, 100 enemies armed forces came to hide themselves in Tuol Krasang village at VT:986-626, Sa Ang district, Kandal province. In Sa Ang, enemies commanded the local people to make 300 spikes each family for interrupting national army on the road from Sa Ang to Koh Thom. They also annouced that if anyone capture a national army secret agent they would offer 30,000 Dongs (Vietnamese currency). កាលពីរាត្រីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ក្រោយពីបានបំផ្លាញស្ពាន អ្នកតាខេ្សវ រួចហើយពួកខ្មាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធចំនួន១០០នាក់ បានចូលមក លាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិទួលក្រសាំង វ៉េតេៈ៩៨៦-៦២៦ ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ នៅស្អាងខ្មាំងបានដាក់បញ្ជាអោយអ្នកស្រុកធើ្វចម្រូង អោយពួកវាក្នុង១ផ្ទះអោយបាន៣០០ ដើម្បីដាក់ស្កាត់ផ្លូវកងទ័ពជាតិ តាមផ្លូវពីស្អាង ទៅដល់កោះធំ។ ហើយវាប្រកាសដល់អ្នកស្រុកថា បើ ជនណាចាប់បានភ្នាក់ងារសម្ងាត់នៃកងទ័ពជាតិ វាអោយម្នាក់ថានឹង អោយ៣០,០០០ដង។
