On March 1, 1971, 200 North Yuon Viet Cong and Khmer Rouge (15 of them were Viet Cong) moved from Daem Pur lake at VT 687-825 in Chhak Kra Sang village at VT 688-836, Tuol Prech commune, Ang Snuol district of Kandal province. They commanded two people named Taot and Chek I, to take 400 metres of electric wire in order to attach mines for cutting off train rail in Phnom Penh.
ថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង និងខ្មែរក្រហម មានចំនួន២០០នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង១៥នាក់ ធ្វើដំណើរពីបឹងដើមពោធិ៍ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៨៧-៨២៥ នៅក្នុង ភូមិឆក់ក្រសាំង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ៦៨៨-៨៣៦ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ទួលព្រិច ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ រួចបានបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ តោត និង ចិក អ៊ី ឱ្យរកខ្សែភ្លើងប្រវែង៤០០ម៉ែត្រ សម្រាប់ដាក់ភ្ជាប់នឹងមីន ដើម្បីផ្ដាច់ ផ្លូវដែកភ្លើងនៅឯភ្នំពេញ។
