On February 18, 1971, about 550 Yuon Viet Congs came to deploy at VT 764-927, in sangkat Chhvang and at VT 748-989, in Trapeang Veal village aka O Chhke Long, sangkat Phnom Bat, Ponhea Leu district, Kandal province. The above enemies built a headquarter which was Veng's house at VT 744-953, in Thmei village, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៨-កុម្ភះ-១៩៧១ មានយួនយៀកកុងប្រហែល៥៥០នាក់ បានមករាយបណ្ដាក់គ្នានៅតាមចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៦៤-៩២៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ឈ្វាំង និងភូមិត្រពាំងវាល ហៅអរូឆ្កែលង់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៤៨-៩៨៩ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ភំ្នបាត ក្នុងស្រុកពញាឮ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើមានទីបញ្ជាការនៅភូមិថ្មី ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧៤៤-៩៥៣ កុ្នងផ្ទះឈ្មោះ វ៉េង។
