Uk Savan, confessed that nowadays he never found any of its soldiers in Angkor district, but found only 4 or 10 militiamen in each village. Moreover, they persuaded local people to hate the Khmer republic government by saying that the Gvernment administration were killing people without mercy.
ឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក សាវ៉ន ឈ្មោះនេះបានឆ្លើយបញ្ជាក់ថា សព្វថ្ងៃនេះ នៅក្នុងស្រុកអង្គរ ទាំងមូលខ្លួនពុំដែលឃើញកងទ័ពរបស់វាទេ មានតែ កងទ័ពឈ្លប៤ ឬ ១០នាក់ នៅតាមភូមិនីមួយៗតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ ម្យ៉ាង វិញទៀត ពួកឃោសនាឱ្យស្រុកស្អប់ខ្ពើមរដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណៈរដ្ឋខ្មែរ ថាកំពុងតែដើរសម្លាប់ប្រជាជនឥតប្រណីឡើយ។
