On May 12, 1971, about 180 Khmer Viet cong aimed forces set up shelters at VT:521-761,521-763, 524-763 and 524-761, in Phneay sub-district, Samrong Tong district, Kampog Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ គ្រប់ធុនមានគ្នាប្រហែល១៨០នាក់ បានចូលមកតាំងទីលំនៅក្នុងរង្វង់ ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៥២១-៧៦១, ៥២១-៧៦៣, ៥២៤-៧៦៣, ៥២៤-៧៦១ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្នាយ ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដគំពង់ស្ពឺ។
