On July 3, 1974, Ta Man alias camrade Sot, a chief of regional commission 4 participant with many held a meeting at VV 703-028 in Rorbang Meas village in which they raised up about the resolution of politial problem and economic issue. During the meeting, 3 hand grenades were exploded, causing 3 chief of village died and 12 villagers wounded.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៣-កក្កដា-១៩៧៤ ប្រធានគណៈកម្មការក្នុងតំបន់ ៧ ឈ្មោះតា ម៉ន ហៅ មិត្ដសុត បើកសម័យប្រជុំមួយនៅភូមិរបងមាស ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៧០៣-០២៨ មានសមាជិកជាច្រើននាក់ចូល រួមដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានយោបាយ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ នៅពេលប្រជុំ នោះមានផ្ទុគ្រាប់បែកដៃ៣គ្រាប់ បណ្ដាលឱ្យស្លាប់ប្រធានភូមិ៣នាក់ ស្លាប់អ្នកស្រុក៣នាក់ និងរបួស១២នាក់។
