On May 12, 1971, 10 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces mingled with villagers in cheu Tiel sub-district. They were in charge of spying on national armed forces in that region, and they then attempted to blow up the bridge at WT:040-674, in Russei Srok village in Shortly thereafter.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ចំនួន១០នាក់ បានចូលមកបន្លំភេទជាមួយអ្នកស្រុកក្នុងសង្កាត់ ឈើទាល។ សកម្មភាពយៀកកុងទាំង១០នាក់នេះ គឺឈ្លបយកការណ៍ ពីសកម្មភាពរបស់កងទ័ពយើងនៅតំបន់នោះ ហើយពួកវាបានរៀបចំ ផែនការដាក់ម៉ីនបំផ្លាញស្ពាននៅភូមិឫស្សីស្រុក ត្រង់ចំនុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ០៤០-៦៧៤ ក្នុងពេលឆាប់ៗនេះ។
