On November 11, 1970, about 500 Viet Cong Armed forces built headquarter up at WV 138-168 in Tranabb village, Kampong Kdey district, Kampong Thom province. And they then established two Armed Force Bases at WV 132-197 and WV 136-199 which were the both sides of the Steng Sen river bank-along.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១១ វិច្ឆិកា ១៩៧០ មានយៀកកុងខាងជើងប្រហែល ៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានមកតាំងទីបញ្ជាការនៅភូមិទ្រនាប់ ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េវ៉េ ១៣៨-១៦៨ ក្នុងស្រុកព្រៃក្ដី ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ ហើយពួកខ្មាំងបានតាំងមូលដ្ឋានទ័ព២កន្លែងទៀត គឺជាប់នឹងមាត់ស្ទឹង សែន ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េវ៉េ ១៣២-១៩៧ ដែលមានទ័ពជាតិ៥០០នាក់។ និង១កន្លែងទៀត នៅត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េវ៉េ ១៣៦-១៩៩ មាន៥០០នាក់ ដែរ។
