កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
Min Phat alias Van, 24 Years old, Khmer, said he was arrested by National Army in Infantry Brigade 79 on November 9, 1974, in the battlefield of Koh Sambour village. He served in Khmer Communist Movement in November 1973, as village militaiman of Sanke Porng village. Later he became a combatant in Zone 304.
ឈ្មោះ មិន ផាត ហៅ វ៉ាន់ អាយុ២៤ឆ្នាំ ជាតិខ្មែរ បានឆ្លើយសារ ភាពថា នៅពេលសួរចម្លើយថា ខ្លួនត្រូវកងទ័ពជាតិនៃកងពលតូចថ្មើរ ជើងលេខ៧៩ ចាប់ខ្លួនបានកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅលើសមរភូមិកោះសំបួរ ហើយបានចូលបម្រើចលនាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ កាល ពីខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដោយមានឋានៈជាកងឈ្លបប្រចាំភូមិ សង្កែពង រហូតដល់មានមុខងារជាយុទ្ធជននៅភូមិភាគ៣០៤។
