Prum Seng, 30 Years old, Khmer, confessed that in September 1973, he had served in Khmer Communist Movement as a militiaman in Smaonh village, and until October 1973, he was a soldier in Team 3, Platoon 3, Regiment 3, Battalion 757 in Region 32, Zone 304.
