In last 1979, the enemies built up head-quarter in the Chamkar Svay sub-district office at WU 268-469 in Chamkar Leu district, Kampong Cham province. The eight people named Yos Yin, Sav Leng, Khat Yorn, Kem Phon, My Him, Chhan, He and Ket were educators and propagandists; they were former teachers in Kor school, Prey Toteng school and Kroch School in Prey Chhor district, Kampong Cham province.
នៅចុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ខ្មាំងបានតាំងទីបញ្ជាការនៅក្នុងសាលាឃុំ ចំការស្វាយ គឺនៅភូមិថ្មពូន ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ២៦៨-៤៦៩ ស្រុកចំការលើ ដោយមានឈ្មោះយស់ វីន, សាវ ឡេង, ខាត់ យ៉ន, កែម ផុន, ម៉ី ហ៊ឹម, ឆាន់, ហ៊ី និងកេត ជាអ្នកអប់រំ និងឃោសនា ដល់អ្នកស្រុក។ ឈ្មោះទាំង៨ ខាងលើសុទ្ធតែជាអតីតគ្រូបង្រៀន នៅសាលារៀនគរ, សាលារៀនព្រៃទទឹង និងសាលាក្រូច ក្នុងស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។
