41 Year-old Khmer, Pao Phay served the Ministry of Internatioal Trade. Nowday he live in Koh An Long Chin sub-district, Sa Ang district, Kandal province. His wife is To Yan, and They have got 10 Children. He worked in the Ministry of International Trade with Kong Chhuon for 7 months. His son was convinced to join the National Army by Kong Chhuon, but he attempted to serve for north Viet Cong soldiers. Kong Chhuon bought one AR-15 gun. On August 10, 1971, Pao Phay confessed that he didn't conspire with Kong Chhuon to hide a gun, after his house was checked by National Army.
លោក ប៉ាវ ផៃ អាយុ៤១ឆ្នាំ ធ្វើការនៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅ ប្រទេស ទីលំនៅសព្វថ្ងៃនៅឃុំកោះអន្លង់ចិន ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ប្រពន្ធឈ្មោះ តូ យ៉ាន មានកូន១០នាក់។ លោក ប៉ាវ ផៃ ធ្វើការ ជាមួយលោក គង់ ឈួន នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រទេសរយៈពេល ៧ខែ បានធ្វើដំណើរជាមួយគ្នា ហើយ លោក គង់ ឈួន បានប្រាប់ថា អោយកូនរបស់គាត់ធ្វើទ័ពជាតិទាំងអស់ ស្រាប់តែកូនគាត់ទៅបម្រើទ័ព យៀកកុងខាងជើងទៅវិញ មហើយលោក គង់ ឈួន បានទិញកាំភ្លើង អាអ៊ែ១៥មួយដើម ក្រោយ មកនៅថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ទាហានទៅឆែកឆេរផ្ទះរបស់គាត់ ចាប់តាំងពីពេលនោះមកខ្ញុំមិនដែលបាន ជួបគាត់ទេ។ ខ្ញុំសូមសារភាពថា ខ្ញុំមិនបានសមគំនិតអ្វីជាមួយលោក គង់ ឈួន ទេ។
