A source reported that in region 2 of Pursat province, Seng Huon called Vanh held a meeting with the participation of cadres in region 2, region 6 which heading by Yean, region 7 headed by Man, committee of Bakan, Phnom Kravanh, Krakor Leu districts. In the meeting room, the enemy had sticked a poster saying «Long lived Marxist Lennist socialism» on the left and right hand sides they saw «The failure of American Imperialism and its lockey».
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា នៅតំបន់លេខ២ ក្នុងខេត្ដពោធិ៍សាត់ឈ្មោះ សេង ហួន ហៅ វ៉ាញ បានកោះរួមប្រជុំសមាជិកគណកម្មាភិបាល នៅតំបន់លេខ២, តំបន់លេខ៦ ដែលមានឈ្មោះ យាន ប្រធាន, តំបន់លេខ៧ ដែលមានឈោ្មះ ម៉ន ជាប្រធាន និងគណៈកម្មាការ ស្រុកបាកាន, ស្រុកភ្នំក្រវ៉ាញ និងស្រុកគគរលើ។ នៅក្នុងបន្ទប់ ជំនុំនោះពួកខ្មាំងបានបិតបដាមានន័យថា «ជយោរបបសង្គមនិយម ម៉ាកស្សីស្ដត៍» នៅខាងឆេ្វង និងស្ដាំសរសេរថា «បរាជ័យចក្រ ពត្ដិនិយមអាមេរិកកាំង និងខ្ញុំកញ្ជះវា»។
