On December 05, 1970, 150 enemies under the command of Vietnamese commander, Ong Nam, a major, came to build headquarter up at WT 393-466 in Ty Ta Ngoey village, Tong Domrey sub-district, Ba Phnom district, Prey Veng province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៥ ធ្នូ ១៩៧០ មានខ្មាំងចំនួន១៥០នាក់ ស្ថិតក្រោមបញ្ជា ការជាតិយួនម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ អុង ណាំ មានឋានៈជាស័ក្ដិ៥ មេបញ្ជា ការកងពលបានចូលមកតាំងទីបញ្ជាការនៅភូមិទីតាងើយ ត្រង់ ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៣៩៣-៤៦៦ ឃុំរោងដំរី ស្រុកបាភ្នំ ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។
