A source reported that on December 06, 1970, North Viet Congs armed with vaious guns moved from the west of Tonle Sab river bank toward VU 760-445 in Kang Meas village, Prey Khmer sub-district, Rolea Phaie district, Kampong Chhnang province by two machine boats.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ធ្នូ ១៩៧០ ខ្មាំងវៀតកុងយួន ខាងជើងជិះទូកដាក់ម៉ាស៊ីនចំនួន២គ្រឿង ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបាន ឆ្លងកាត់ទនេ្លសាបមកត្រើយខាងលិច មកឡើងភូមិកងមាស ត្រង់ ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ៧ ៦០-៤៤៥ ក្នុងឃុំព្រៃខ្មែរ ស្រុករលាប្អៀ ខេត្ដកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។
