A source reported thata about 100 Khmer Communists armed forces with one 60mm mortar, one B40 guns, one RPD gun, CKC guns and AK-47 rifles, under the command of Nhean in company 29 came to stay at UU 661-898 in Kbal Tranup village, Bakan district. They were responsible for raiding National Army who were operating in the above place and ambushing in Ba Kan district office.
ប្រភពព័ត៌មានបានផ្ដល់មកថា ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ទំហំ៦០មម មួយដើម, បេការ៉ង់ ១ដើម, អ៊ែប៉េដេ ១ដើម, អាកា៤៧, សេកាសេ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុង កងអនុសេនាធំលេខ២៩ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ញាណ បានមកស្នាក់ នៅក្បាលទំនប់បាកាន ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ៦៦១-៨៩៨។ ពួកខ្មាំងនេះមានភារៈទប់ទល់កងទ័ពជាតិដែលបើកប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅ ទីនោះ និងមានភារៈបាញ់រំខានសាលាស្រុកបាកាន។
