Uk Samoeun aka Phin confessed that Suong, chief of division 450, was a Khuon's traitorous network. Suong received the plot from Khuon to collect military equipment and hide them at surrounding of Praset mountain. Suong attended the meeting in order to limit the exact time to fight the party in January 1977.
អ៊ុក សាមឿន ហៅ ភីន បានសារភាពថា សួង ប្រធានកងពល ៤៥០ ជាខ្សែក្បត់របស់ ឃួន។ សួង បានទទួល ផែនការពី ឃួន ឱ្យប្រមូលសម្ភារៈសឹកយកទៅទុកនៅម្ដុំភំ្នប្រសិត និងបានចូលរួមប្រជុំ កំណត់ពេលធ្វើការវាយបក្សនៅខែ១-១៩៧៧។
