A source reported that from March 1974, till now, Khmer Communist had gathered about 1,500 Khmer people and Khmer Muslim to built up a dam of 600m in lenght and 15m in width in Zone 304, Prek kak village at WT 528-604, Khla Kor sub district. This dam would be used for keeping water for farming and for serving as road for travelling.
ប្រភពព័ត៌មានបានផ្ដល់មកថា ចាប់តាំងពីខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ មក ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនុិស្ដបានកេណ្ឌប្រជាជនខ្មែរ និងខ្មែរអ៊ីស្លាមប្រមាណ ចំនួន១,៥០០នាក់ ដើម្បីឱ្យទៅស្ថាបនាទំនប់ទឹកមួយដែលមានប្រវែង បណ្ដោយ៦០០ម ទទឹង១៥ម ក្នុងតំបន់៣១ នៃភូមិភាគ៣០៤ នៅភូមិព្រែកកក់ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៥២៨-៦០៤ សង្កាត់ខ្លាគរ ទំនប់ទឹកនេះសម្រាប់ទប់ទឹក ដើម្បីដាំស្រូវ និងដើម្បីជាផ្លូវសម្រាប់ ធ្វើដំណើរ។
