A source reported that abou300 armed Viet Cong soldiers under the command of Long Riet, a Khmer Viet Cong from Hanoi, moved from Koh Sotin to hide in Chang Totoeng village at WT 221-733, Prek Anteah sub-district, Peam Chor district, Prey Veng province.
