Between September 15-18, 1974, about 600 Khmer Communist soldiers in black uniforms, under the command of Vanh and Leav, armed with one 12,8mm heavy artillery, RPD guns, B41 guns, B69 guns, CKC guns with 300 bullets each hid at UU 162-948 in Prey Khvav village. They attempted to attack national army at UV 120-120 in Koh Krala check point and at VV 125-222 in Thepa Dei check point.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៥-១៨-កញ្ញា-១៩៧៤ កងទ័ពខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដ ចំនួនប្រហែល៦០០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ វ៉ាញ់ និង លាវ ស្លៀកពាក់ខ្មៅប្រដាប់អាវុធធុន១២,៨មម ១ដើម, អ៊ែប៉េដេ, ព៤១, បេ៦៩ និង សេកាសេ ជាច្រើនដើមរួមទាំងគ្រាប់៣០០គ្រាប់ ក្នុងម្នាក់ៗមកលាក់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងព្រៃខ្វាវ ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយអ៊ុយ ១៦២-៩៤៨។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះមានបំណងវាយប្រហារមកលើ កងទ័ពជាតិយើងនៅប៉ុស្ដិ៍គាស់ក្រឡ ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េ ១២០-១២០ និងប៉ុស្ដិ៍ភ្នំធិបតី ត្រង់ចំណុចអ៊ុយវ៉េ ១២៥-២២២។
