On January 10, 1971, Prum Duong, 20 years old, living at Trapeang Moul village, Veal Rinh sub-district, Prey Nup district, Kampot province, was arrested by soldiers of military operating center at Veal Rinh in accusing of serving for North Vietnamese Army and involving in fighting with our National Army. According to this case, [we] would send this person to the court for judement.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ឈ្មោះ ព្រំ ឌួង អាយុ២០ឆ្នាំ នៅភូមិត្រពាំងមូល ឃុំវាលរេញ ស្រុកព្រៃនប់ ខេត្ដកំពត ត្រូវបាន កងប្រតិបត្ដិការសឹកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលតំបន់នៅវាលរេញចាប់ខ្លួន ពីបទបាន ចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងទ័ពយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង ហើយបានចូលមកវាយ ប្រហារកងទ័ពជាតិយើង។ ដូចេ្នះសូមប្រគល់ខ្លួនជនខាងលើនេះអោយ តុលាការវិនិច្ឆ័យទោស។
