Between August and September 1974, the Khmer Communist soldiers constructed hospital With a P sign, there were two North Yuon Viet Cong doctors there to look after the patient. The hospital P-102 was built in Tanong and Prey Romdeng in Prey Veng province. The hospital P-103 was built in Menang village, Chrey distict, Prey Veng province. The hospital P-104 was constructed in Tuol Treal, Kampong Cham province.
ចាប់ពីខែសីហា-កញ្ញា ១៩៧៤ ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដបានសង់មន្ទីរពេទ្យ ដោយដាក់សញ្ញាអក្សរ(ព) ដោយមានវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិតយៀកកុងយួនខាង ជើង២នាក់ នៅព្យាបាលអ្នកជម្ងឺ។ មន្ទីរពេទ្យ(ព១០២) សង់នៅតានង់ និងព្រៃរំដេង ក្នុងខេត្ដព្រៃវេង។ មន្ទីរពេទ្យ(ព១០៣) សង់នៅភូមិ មេណង់ឃុំជ្រៃ ស្រុកព្រៃវែង និង មន្ទីរពេទ្យ(ព១០៤) សង់នៅ ទួលទ្រាលខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។
