On October 2, 1974, approximately 100 Khmer Communist equipped with PM-AC and CKC, came to stay in such villages as Peam Bang, Ba Veuy, Balat and Moat Khla. Then the enemies made people in Ba Veuy village at VV 222-262 to set up a cooperative for raising pigs and Trei Pra (a kind of fish) under the management of Bei Hov. the troops were created permanent at region 32 whose headquarter located in Peam Bang village at VV 080-192 for collecting information of National Army's activities to their forces based in various regions.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២-តុលា-១៩៧៤ មានខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដប្រហែល១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធប៉េអ៊ឹមអាសេ និងសេកាសេ បានចូលមកស្នាក់នៅ ភូមិពាមបាង, បាវើយ, បាឡាត់ និងភូមិមាត់ខ្លា។ ក្រោយមកខ្មាំង ខាងលើបានបញ្ជាឱ្យប្រជាជននៅភូមិបាវើយ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េវ៉េ ២២២-២៦២ ធ្វើសហករណ៍មួយ ដើម្បីចិញ្ចឹមជ្រូក និងត្រីប្រាដែលស្ថិត ក្រោមកិច្ចចាត់ចែងឈ្មោះ បី ហូវ។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងឱ្យស្ថិតនៅជាអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍ប្រចាំតំបន់៣២ ដែលមានទីបញ្ជាការនៅ ពាមបាង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េវ៉េ ០៨០-១៩២ ដើម្បីផ្ដល់ព័តមានពី សកម្មភាពរបស់កងទ័ពជាតិ ទៅឱ្យទ័ពខ្មាំងដែលនៅតំបន់ផេ្សងៗ។
