On February 22, 1973, some 300 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers under the command of Ta Chhun, a former Khmer Viet Minh in battalion 30 came to stay at WT 327-626, in Peam Sday village in Prek Russei sub-district, Lvea Em district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ កុម្ភៈ ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល ៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃនៅក្នុងកងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ៣០ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ តា ឆន អតីតខ្មែរយៀកកុងម៉ិញ ចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិពាមសី្ដ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ៣២៧-៦២៦ ក្នុងឃុំព្រែកឫស្សី ស្រុកល្វាឯម ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
