A source reported that in April 1974, the person named Ham, cadre chief of Kandal Stung district held a meeting at VT 791-541 in Ang Pruoch pagoda, Lom Pong sub district, Bati district, Takeo province. The meeting was about Khmer Communist plans associated with water, production and negotiation with National Government issue. They would continue to attack National Army, until they got success. About 80 Khmer Communist woman soldiers armed with Ak47 rifles, M16 guns and hand grenades, were resposible for guading 7 rice-barns at BT 790-567 in Ampel village, Kandal Stung district, Kandal province.
ប្រភពព័ត៌មានបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ ហម ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាភិបាលស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង បានបើកសម័យប្រជុំ មួយនៅក្នុងវត្ដអង្គព្រួច ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៩១-៥៤១ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ លំពង់ ស្រុកបាទី ខេត្ដតាកែវ។ ការប្រជុំនោះស្ដីពី គម្រោងការ របស់ខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដទាក់ទងទៅលើបញ្ហាទឹក បញ្ហាបង្កើតផលិតផល និងបញ្ហាមិនព្រមធ្វើការចរចាជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល ហើយនឹងបន្ដការវាយ លុកយ៉ាងខ្លាំងក្លាតទៅទៀត លុះត្រាតែបានសមេ្រចជោគជ័យ។ កងទ័ពស្រីខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន៨០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធអាកា៤៧, អ៊ឹម១៦, ការ៉ាប៊ីន និងគ្រាប់បែកដៃជាជ្រើនផង។ ទ័ពនេះមាននាទី ការពារជម្រុកស្រូវរួមទាំង៧ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងភូមិអំពិល ត្រង់ចំណុចបេតេ ៧៩០-៥៦៧ ក្នុងស្រុកកណ្ដាលស្ទឹង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
