Sao Sovin called Chhan, 22 years old, arrested by Ministry of Competent on March 20, 1974, at Central market. He confessed that he with Tek Horo Bida called Chhal, Roeun, and Lim, used to fire mortar at the house of Mr. General, commander-in-chief in front of Neak Voan pagoda on March 3, 1974.
ឈ្មោះ សៅ សូវីន ហៅ ឆាន អាយុ២២ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវក្រសួងមានសមត្ថ កិច្ចចាប់ខ្លួន កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ នៅផ្សារធំថ្មី។ សាមុីខ្លួនបានសារភាពថា បានបាញ់កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ជាមួយឈ្មោះ តេក ហូរ៉ូប៊ី ហៅ ឆាល, ឈ្មោះ រឿន, ឈ្មោះ ឡីម ពីមុខវត្ដនាគវ័ន្ដ ត្រង់ផ្ទះលោកឧត្ដមសេនីយ៍ឯក អគ្គមេបញ្ជាការកាលពីថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែ មីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ប្រាកដមែន។
