On October19, 1974, the chief of Khmer ommunist economic committee held a meeting at VS 387-786 in Sre Chea pagoda, Sre Chea sub distrtict, Kampong Trach district, Kampot province, in which they raised up about the gathering up food stuffs in order to provide them to their soldiers who were attacking in Kam Pot provincial town. On October 7, 1974, Ta Mok asked for 12 Battalions of Khmer Communist soldiers, numbered 13, 310, 380, 104, 402, 403, 404, 401, 405, 345, 345 and 385 from Takeo and Kampong Speu province. To operate in Kampot province.
ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដនៅក្នុងខេត្ដកំពត បានធ្វើការរួមប្រជុំ គ្នានៅវត្ដស្រែជា ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអេស ៣៨៧-៧៨៦ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ស្រែ ជា ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រាច ដោយសមេ្រចនៅថ្ងៃទី១៩-តុលា-១៩៧៥ ឱ្យប្រមូលស្បៀងអាហារឱ្យបានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ ដើម្បីផ្ដល់ឱ្យកងទ័ពពួកវាដែល វាយប្រហារក្រុងកំពត។ នៅថ្ងៃទី៧-តុលា-១៩៧៤ តាម៉ុក បានសុំ កងទ័ពខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដចំនួន១២ កងវរៈសេនាតូច ដែលមានលេខ១៣, ៣១០, ៣៨០, ១០៤, ៤០២, ៤០៣, ៤០៤, ៤០១, ៤០៥, ៣៤៥, ៣៨៥ មកពីខេត្ដតាកែវ និងខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ដើម្បីប្រតិបត្ដិការនៅកំពត។
