Sahak Saly, volunteered to serve Khmer National Army on April 17, 1970, as sergeant. On January 1, 1973, he was promoted as Master sergeant.
ឈ្មោះ សាហាក់ សាលី បានចូលធ្វើទាហាននៅថ្ងៃទី១៧ មេសា ១៩៧០ ដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដបម្រើកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ក្នុងឋានៈជា ពលបាលត្រី។ នៅថ្ងៃទី១ មករា ១៩៧៣ មានឋានៈជាព្រិន្ទបាលទោ។
