On November 25, 1972, the North Yuon Viet Congs established a wooden hospital with leaves-roof which was 8m × 12m at WU 591-173 to the west of Tuol Trea pagoda in Chop sub district, Thbong Khmum district, Kampong Cham province. Everyday, they always sent partients and wounded combatants to that hospital.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៥-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧២ យៀកកុងខាងជើងបានសង់មន្ទីរពេទ្យ មួយធ្វើអំពីឈើប្រក់ស្លឹកបណ្ដោយ១២ម ទទឹង៨ម នៅកុ្នងព្រៃខាង លិចវត្ដទួលទ្រា ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបឌឹវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៥៩១-១៧៣ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ ជប់ ស្រុកត្បូងឃ្មុំ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង តែងតែបញ្ជូនអ្នកជម្ងឺអ្នករបួសមកក្នុងមន្ទីរពេទ្យនេះជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។
