On March 17, 1974, Im Sam Ul alias called Heng Thom was arrested by Ministry of Investigation in the South of old stadium while he was walking. He confessed that about 2 months before he was arrested, he served as network chief who received order from hight-level to come to Phnom Penh for cruiting more members. But about one month ago, he was moved to guard a arsenal, because he failed to recruit new members as required.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ឈ្មោះ អ៊ីម សំអ៊ុល ហៅ ហេង ធំ ត្រូវបានក្រសួងសេុីបការណ៍សម្ងាត់ចាប់ខ្លួននៅខាងត្បូងស្ដាតចាស់ ក្នុងពេលដែលប្រភពកំពុងតែដើរ។ ប្រភពបានសារភាពថា ប្រហែល ជា២ខែមុនថ្ងៃចាប់ខ្លួន ប្រភពមាននាទីជានាយបណ្ដាញដែលបានទទួល បញ្ជាពីថ្នាក់លើឱ្យមកភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីជ្រើសរើសមាជិកបន្ថែម។ ប៉ុន្ដែក្រោយមកប្រហែលមួយខែមុនពេលចាប់ខ្លួនប្រភពត្រូវបាន ថ្នាក់លើផ្លាស់ឱ្យមកយាមឃ្លំាងផ្ទុកគ្រឿងសញ្វាវុធវិញ ព្រោះរក សមាជិកមិនបានតាមបញ្ជា។
