On December 14, 1972, about 500 Khmer Viet Cong troops equipped with various weapons including one 82mm mortars, two 60mm mortars, fifteen B-40 guns and many other PM-AC and AR-15, hid in Ang Phek Kandal village at VT 537-365, Po Mreal sub district, Kong Pisey district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៤-ធ្នូ-១៩៧២ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង និងខ្មែរយៀក កុងចំនួនប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ធុនមានកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ ៨២មម ១ដើម, ៦០មម ៣ដើម, បេ៤០ ១៤ដើម, ប៉េអ៊ឹម-អាសេ និង អាអ៊ែ១៥ជាច្រើនដើម បានចូលមកលាក់ខ្លួននៅ ភូមិអង្គផែកកណ្ដាល ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៥៣៧-៣៦៥ ក្នុងឃុំពៅធិ៍ម្រាល ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ់។
