ឈ្មោះ អ៊ូ សាវ៉េន បានចូលធ្វើទាហាននៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ឧសភា ១៩៧០ ដោយស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដបម្រើកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ក្នុងឋានៈជាពលបាលត្រី ហើយនៅថ្ងៃទី១ មករា ១៩៧៣ មានឋានៈជាព្រិទ្ទបាលទោ មានអត្ដលេខ៧៧-១៩០។
