ឈ្មោះ នាក់ ម៉ាង រស់នៅក្នុងស្រុកត្រាំកក់ ខេត្ដតាកែវ បានស្ម័គ្រ ចិត្ដចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ដែលមាននាទីសិស្សពលបាល ត្រី កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៦-ឧសភា-១៩៧០ដោយបានចុះកិច្ចសន្យាចំនួន៣ឆ្នាំ ជាមួយរដ្ឋាភិបាល។
