On March 16, 1970, Long Ong, born in Ban Teay Meas district, Kampot province. Voluntarily joined the National Army as a corporal trainee and signed a three years contrcat with National Government.
ឈ្មោះ ឡុង អ៊ង រស់នៅស្រុកបន្ទាយមាស ខេត្ដកំពត បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដ ចូលបម្រើកងយោធពលខេមរជាតិ ក្នុងឋានៈជាសិស្សពលបាលត្រី កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៦-ឧសភា-១៩៧០ដោយបានចុះកិច្ចសន្យាជាមួយ រដ្ឋាភិបាល ៣ឆ្នាំផង។
