Approximately 400 Yuon-Khmer Viet Cong troops who used to mingle with local people, now moved their position to a village where there was no people at VT 989-428 and VT 989-432, Koh Khel commune, Sa Ang district, Kandal province. The troops were under the command of Sa Mov alias Try. Another group of 200 moved from Phnom Phsak at VT 974-572 to hide at VT 979-588 and in Phnom Tauch at VT 964-572, Sa Ang Phnom commune, Sa Ang district, Kandal province.
មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រមាណ៤០០នាក់ ដែលពីមុនទីតាំងនៅ បន្លំជាមួយអ្នកស្រុកនោះ ឥឡូវបានផ្លាស់ប្ដូរទីតាំងមកនៅភូមិមួយ កន្លែងដែលគ្មានមនុស្សរស់នៅសោះក្នុងចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៨៩-៤២៨ និងវ៉េតេ ៩៨៩-៤៣២ សង្កាត់កោះខែល ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ពួកយៀកកុងខាងលើស្ថិតនៅក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ សាម៉ូវ ហៅ ទ្រី។ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល២០០នាក់ផេ្សងទៀត បានចេញពីភ្នំផ្សាក ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៩៦៤-៥៧៧ ឆ្ពោះទៅលាក់ខ្លួននៅត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៩៧៩-៥៨៨ និងភ្នំតូច ត្រង់អ៊ុយតេ ៩៧៤-៥៧២ សង្កាត់ស្អាងភ្នំ ស្រុកស្អាង ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
