On February 08, 1973, 11 Khmer Viet Cong soldiers caught on 3 villagers who were riding motorbikes at WV 260-349 to the North of Wat Sleng pagoda in Chrey Vien sub-district, Prey Chor district, Kampong Cham province. On February 09, 1973, at 6 pm they burned a truck, Wai Heng Sign, which contained all kind of goods up and caught a driver as well as passengers toward the south.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធចំនួន ១១នាក់ បានមកស្ទាក់ចាប់អ្នកស្រុក៣នាក់ដែលកំពុងជិះម៉ូតូហុងដានៅ ខាងជើងវត្ដស្លែង ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ ២៦០-៣៤៩ ក្នុងឃុំជ្រៃវៀន ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ នៅថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ វេលាម៉េាង៦ល្ងាច នៅកន្លែងចំណុចខាងលើដដែល ហើយក្រុមខ្មាំងដដែល មកស្ទាក់ដុតរថយន្ដមួយគ្រឿង ៉យីហោវៃហេង ៉ ដោយមានផ្ទុកទំនិញ គ្រប់យ៉ាងឆេះខូចអស់ ហើយពួកវាចាប់អ្នកជិះ និងអ្នកបើករថយន្ដ នោះចងបណើ្ដរទៅទិសខាងត្បូង។
