On February 8-11, 1973, about 200 Khmer Viet Cong forces came to stay in Thmei village VT 743-984 and in Trapang Robang Thmei village VT 738-937, Chrey Las sub-district, Oudong district of Oudong Meanchey in an attempt to conduct their activities.
ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលពីថ្ងៃទី៨-១១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុង ប្រដាប់អាវុធប្រហែល២០០នាក់ បានធើ្វដំណើរចូលមកស្នាក់នៅក្នុង ភូមិថ្មី វ៉េតេៈ ៧៤៣-៩៥៤និងភូមិត្រពាំងរបងថ្ម វ៉េតេៈ ៧៣៨-៩៣៧ សង្កាត់ជ្រៃលាស់ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដឧដុង្គមានជ័យ ក្នុងគោលបំណងធើ្វសកម្មភាពក្នុងតំបន់ខាងលើ។
