On December 1, 1972, Pheng, cadre chief of Rumlech and Kaun Tnaot commune, Bakan district, bought cows from the area controlled by enemies to sell in provincial town of Pursat. After returning from that area, Pheng had bought medicine, tobacco, ropes and black cloth to supply the enemies.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១-ធ្នូ-១៩៧២ ឈ្មោះ ផេង គណៈប្រធានកម្មាភិបាល ឃុំរំលេច និងឃុំកូនត្នោត ស្រុកបាកាន បានទៅទិញគោពីតំបន់ខ្មាំង យកមកលក់នៅក្រុងពោធិ៍សាត់ លុះត្រឡប់ទៅតំបន់ខ្មាំងវិញឈ្មោះ ផេង បានទិញថ្នាំពេទ្យ ថ្នាំជក់ ខ្សែ និងក្រណាត់ខ្មៅជាច្រើន ដើម្បី ផ្ដល់ឱ្យខ្មាំង។
