On April 25, 1970, Kong Vanno, born in Koh Soten district, Kampong Cham province, voluntarily joined the National Army as private-trainee in military police unit.
ឈ្មោះ គង់ វ៉ាន់ណូ រស់នៅស្រុកកោះសូទិន ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម បាន ស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលបម្រើក្នុងកងយោធពលខេមជាតិ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ មេសា ១៩៧០ ដោយមានមុខនាទីជាសិស្សនាយទោតម្រួតយោធា។
