According to Major Keo Chhoeung's investigation, on August 23, 1971, Nut Paun, Khmer, was arrested for conspiring with North Viet Cong soldiers by captain Ek Vanna, a commander in Chasing Battalion 141.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ សីហា ១៩៧១ លោកអនុសេនីយ៍ឯក កាន់ វណ្ណា មេបញ្ជាការនៃកងវរៈសេនាតូច ទាហានប្រដេញលេខ១៤១ បានចាប់ ជនជាតិខ្មែរ ឈ្មោះ នុត ពូន ដោយមានការស៊ើបអងេ្កតរបស់ អនុសេនីយ៍ត្រី កែវ ឈឿង ឃើញថាសាម៉ីជនផ្សំគំនិត និងខ្មែរ យៀកកុងឈ្មោះ នុត ពត។
