On October 27, 1973, Khmer liberation Saom Chantha aka Mot, a combatant in [battalion or regiment] 403, was arrested by national infantry unit 47 at Kleng Kong village, VT773-634, during a fighting. This unit 403, under the command of Um Toun and deputy commander Mieng, located in Prey Kla village VT708-612 and consisted of 500 men, 300 of whom were Khmer and the rest were Vietnamese. Weapons used in unit 403 were 82 mm mortars, B40, two B41 guns, 2[mitreiyeusato] guns, one machine gun, three 81 mm and 60 mm guns, fifteen M16, sixteen AK47, fourteen M79, four PA, seventeen KARABIN and 7 [Tomson] guns.
សោម ចាន់ថា ហៅ មុត ជាខ្មែររំដោះមាន ឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជន ក្នុងកងវរៈលេខ៤០៣ ហើយត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនដោយកងទ័ពជាតិ នៃកងថ្មើរជើង ទី៤៧ ភូមិខ្លែងគង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ៧៧៣-៦៣៤ នៅថ្ងៃ ទី២៧ ខែ តុលាកា ឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៣ ក្នុងពេលវាយប្រហារគ្នា។ កងវរ៤០៣នេះមានទីតាំងនៅ ត្រង់ភូមិព្រៃខ្លា ៧០៨-៦១២ មានកម្លាំង៥០០នាក់ ក្នុងនោះខ្មែរ ៣០០នាក់ និងយួន២០០នាក់ ស្ថិតក្រោមមេបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ អ៊ុំ ទួន និងមេបញ្ជាការរងមាង។ ប្រភេទអាវុធដែលប្រើប្រាស់មានៈ -កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ធុន៨២មីលីម៉ែត្រ, ៨១មីលីម៉ែត្រ, ៦០មម ចំនួន៣ដើម-បេ៤០ និង៤១ៈ ២ដើម, -មីត្រៃយឺសាំងតូៈ ២ដើម - មីត្រៃយឺ៣០ៈ ១ដើម, - អ៊ឹម១៦ៈ ១៥ដើមនិងអាកា៤៧ៈ ១៦ដើម, -អ៊ឹម៧៩ៈ ១៤ដើមនិងប៉េអាៈ ៤ដើម- ការ៉ាប៉ីនៈ ១៧ដើម និងថុម សុនៈ ៧ដើម។
