On November 20, 1972, about 300 North Yuon Viet Congs and 150 Khmer Viet Cong under the command of Sreing Srorn, brought PM-AC guns, AR-15 guns, four 60mm mortars, two 82mm heavy artilleries and 4 walkies-talkies and eighteen ox carts of gun power to hide at Krang Sama pagoda at VT 647-995 in Veal Pon commune, Oudong district, Oudong Meanchey province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២០-វិចិ្ឆកា-១៩៧២ យួនយៀកកុងចំនួនប្រហែល៣០០ នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានខ្មែរយៀកកុង១៥០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ស្រៀង ស្រ៊ន មានកាំភ្លើងប៉េអ៊ឹមអាសេ, កាំភ្លើងអាអ៊ែ១៥, កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់៦០មម ៤ដើម, ៨២មម ២ដើម និងប៉ុស្ដិ៍វិទ្យុ ឆ្លើយឆ្លងធុនតូច៤គ្រឿង ព្រមទាំងគ្រាប់រំសេវចំនួន១៨រទេះគោ យកមកលាក់ទុក និងបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងវត្ដក្រាំងសាម៉ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៦៤៧-៩៩៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់វាលពន្ធ ស្រុកឧត្ដុង្គ ខេត្ដ ឧត្ដុង្គមានជ័យ។
