Ruos Ty, 19 years old, Khmer, confessed that he used to served Khmer Communist in May 1973, as a soldier in Group K1, Battalion 223, Company K33, Unit 118 of Region 25, Special Zone. He was arrested by National Army in Infantry Brigade 28 on November 10, 1973.
ឈ្មោះ រស់ ទី អាយុ ១៩ឆ្នាំ ជាតិខ្មែរ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាបាន ចូលធ្វើជាខ្មែរកុម្មុយនិស្ដពីខែឧសភា ១៩៧៣ ដោយមានមុខងារ ជាយុទ្ធជននៅក្នុងក្រុមក១ កងវរៈសេនាតូចលេខ២២៣ កងអនុសេនាធំ គ៣៣ នៃកងវរៈលេខ១១៨ តំបន់២៥ ភូមិភាគពិសេស ហើយត្រូវ កងទ័ពជាតិ នៃកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើងទី២៨ ចាប់ខ្លួនបានកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ វិច្ឆិកា ១៩៧៣។
