Lay Sae aka Kuoy Sae, 28 years old, Khmer, was arrested by National Army in Infantry Brigade 28 on October 8, 1974, at Trapeang Thnong village, Samrong commune, Ang Snoul district, Kandal province. He confessed that he knew nothing. He didn't know why he was arrested.
ឈ្មោះ ឡាយ សើ ហៅ គួយ សើ អាយុ២៨ឆ្នាំ ជាតិខ្មែរ ត្រូវកង ទ័ពជាតិ នៃកងពលតូចថ្មើរជើងទី២៨ ចាប់ខ្លួនកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៨ មករា ១៩៧៤ នៅភូមិត្រពាំងធ្នង់ ឃុំសំរោង ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល ខេត្ដ កណ្ដាល។ សាម៉ីខ្លួនបានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនមិនបានដឹងអ្វីទាំងអស់ ហើយក៏មិនដឹងអ្វីខុសដែរបានជាកងទ័ពចាប់ខ្លួនដូចេ្នះ។
