Commander-in-chief of Khmer National Military Headquarter sent 2 Khmer Rouges named Thorn Sean and Srei Hun, to Phnom Penh municipal military court on July 23, 1974. They confessed that they had served in Khmer Communist movement as soldiers in unit 115 and 125 and were arrested by National Army in Wat Peam Setha during a fighting (National Road No.5)
អគ្គបញ្ជាការនាយអគ្គសេនាធិការយោពលខេមរជាតិ បានបញ្ជូនខ្មែរ ក្រហមនាក់ឈ្មោះ ឆន ស៊ាន និង ស្រីហុន ទៅតុលាការក្រុងភ្នំពេញ កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៣ កក្កដា ១៩៧៤ ដើម្បីកាត់ទោសតាមច្បាប់។ ក្រោយពី ការសួរចម្លើយនៅអគ្គសេនាធិការយោធពលខេមរជាតិ សាម៉ីជន ទាំង២ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពថាពួកគេបានចូលបម្រើក្នុងចលនាខ្មែរ កុម្មុយនិស្ដក្នុងឋានៈជាយុទ្ធជនក្នុងកងវរៈលេខ១១៥ និង ១២៨ ហើយនៅពេលកំពុងប្រយុទ្ធជាមួយកងទ័ពជាតិនៅវត្ដពាមសេដ្ឋា (ផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៥) ក៏ត្រូវបានចាប់ខ្លួនតែម្ដង។
