On November 01, 1972, about 200 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces with PM China guns, 78 mm heavy artilleries, two 60 mm mortars, four machine guns and four 30 mm machine guns made in China moved from Russei village at WT 230-803 in Pea Reang district, Prey Veng province to hid between 180-744 and WT 188-738 in Serey village, Lvea Em district, Kandal province. They were the reinforcements attempting to destroy National Army Base in Teuk Khleang and Prek Phdao village, Lvea Em district, Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងមានគ្នាចំនួន ប្រហែល២០០នាក់ មានកាំភ្លើងគ្រប់ប្រភេទដូចជា ប៉េអឹមចិន, ៧៨, កាំភ្លើង៧៥មីលីម៉ែត្រ ២ដើម, កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់៨២មីលីម៉ែត្រ ២ដើម, កាំភ្លើត្បាល់តំហំ៦០មីលីម៉ែត្រ ៤ដើម និងកាំភ្លើងយន្ដចិន៣០មីលី ម៉ែត្រ ៤ដើម បានចេញពីឃុំឬស្សី ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ២៣០-៨០៣ ស្រុកពារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ មកលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិសេរី ត្រង់ ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៨០-៧៤៤ រហូតដល់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៨៨-៧៣៨ ស្រុកល្វាឯម ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ខ្មាំង២០០នាក់នេះ ជាទ័ព ជំនួយបន្ថែម ដើម្បីវាយកងទ័ពជាតិនៅភូមិទឹកឃ្លាំង និងភូមិព្រែកផ្ដៅ ស្រុញកល្វាឯម ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
